It is recommended for those on strict diet to choose grilled or broiled food as this does not contain as much fat after the food is cooked. Let the fat cook out and go into the broiler pan or coals instead of going to your hips.

Sixth: Drink lots of water, caffeinated drinks such as coffee tea or sodas do not count. There is no substitute for plain old water . Drinking at least six to eight glasses of water a day keeps the body refreshed. Since weight loss depends on how the body eliminates body wastes, the body must stay hydrated. The water will also help flush your system of toxins.
